Come join us!   Here at Vintage Home Market we take pride in supporting our community and have worked hard to foster an environment that helps small businesses flourish.  In addition to our over 40 vendors and more than 60 booths/shops, shared space with Momentum Coffee, and even a bustling salon, we also offer small office spaces/storefronts for lease.  The best part is that we already have an established customer base and a pleasant environment in which you can conduct business.   We have had entrepreneurs launch their business here and experience success and continued growth until they were ready to branch out on their own.  We like to think of ourselves as a partnership, an incubator, and a supportive community.

We're happy to provide a space that allows you to conduct business while minimizing your initial investment and risk.  We offer 6 office/storefronts for lease at $300 monthly which includes free WI-FI and covers all utilities.  While our rates are very cost effective, the real value lies in our capacity to help foster a mutually beneficial relationship, our established stream of customers, our effective marketing strategies, and a built in meeting place where you can conduct business and grab a coffee with a client.  At Vintage Home Market we understand that when you succeed, we succeed, and we are honored to help you in your journey.
